Metsimaholo Local Municipality hereby, in terms of section 35 of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act No 16 of 2013, invites nominations from the public for suitably qualified and experienced persons to be appointed as members of the Metsimaholo Local Municipal Planning Tribunal for its term of office for a three (3) year period calculated from the date of appointment of such members by Metsimaholo Municipal Council.
